We had to check in at a different location than where we actually stayed. Staff was very friendly. We had issues connecting to WiFi because info given was for the wrong location but was able to connect once we called for the correct information.
There is no central AC, however there is a AC unit in the living room. Bedroom has a fan. Our balcony doors did not lock, but we were on the 6th floor so we didn’t complain about it.
I felt the unit could be cleaned a little bit better, bathroom doors were dirty and floors didn’t feel clean walking barefoot on it, so we wore our sandals inside even though there is a sign at the front door asking us to remove our shoes.
Kitchen was great- fully stocked with pots, pans, coffee maker, tea pot, toaster, electric stove with oven, microwave, plates, bowls and utensils.
We told our room didn’t have a view because of its location but we actually had a great view from our balcony. Staff probably needs to be trained better about their different locations.
