We are truly sorry to hear your inconvenience. In regards to the noise, we have every weekend (Saturdays & Sundays) DJ at the pool area till 7pm. Near us is the main plaza of La Parguera which does have loud music until 2 am. We have implemented in every room earplug free of charge to minimize the sound if it’s too loud in the room. It’s very important to know that the hotel doesn’t have nothing to do with this touristic place nor the sounds in this area. In behalf of the Welcome Drinks, we can provide the same rules Expedia has within making the reservation with this package, it specifies (1 Free beverage per person, once per stay). Greetings Mrs. Rodriguez,We would like to know why you give us 1 out of 5 if you did not stay at the property. Unfortunately, you made a reservation on the same day you wanted to arrive and then, knowing the reservation policy, you wanted to cancel outside of those same policies. It is unfortunate that you make a review without even having stayed and receiving the excellent service that we provide.
