"DO NOT ATTEMPT TO STAY HERE. This company is unreachable. Try calling the number, it goes nowhere. Same with the email. Do NOT STAY HERE. After booking through expedia, they never contacted me to confirm until 15 mins before 4pm on the day of. Expedia tells me this place DENIED my refund request, after having to stay somewhere else and for one less day. If you are booking with your child near the biodome, prepare an alternative location and get you child ready for disappintment, as that is all...

"The staff was amazing and super useful, the only drawback was the cleanliness of the room, the electric baseboard had spots of dirt like dried liquid and dust, there was unknown hairs and eyelashes on the sheets. Maybe their dryer need some cleaning? We like the emplacement and character of the place, it's just a shame the room was dirty."

"We left immediately.
1) the owner would not let us see the room unless we registered. This is when we found out that:
2) our "Executive Room" did not have a bathroom: the bathroom is shared (the room description included "bathroom or shower", not mentioning it was shared).
3) the main floor is a complete mess; there is no place to sit for all the junk piled up everywhere.
This is blatantly false advertising. There is no parking, the bathrooms are shared, the photos shown are taken in a way...
