"had an overall decent stay at the property. The room, bed, and washroom were clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. However, there were a couple of issues. The heater in the bedroom was not working, which made the room uncomfortable. Also, the balcony door/window was difficult to slide and did not open easily. Another point I would like to mention is the check-in and check-out timing. The check-in time is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, which feels quite limited for the price being charged. It would be better if the hotel could consider extending these timings to provide more value to guests. On a positive note, the front desk staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience better. Overall, a good stay, but a few improvements would make it much better."

"I have never stayed at a worse hotel. The first room we were given had a horrible smelling bathroom and room smelled like smoke. Asked for a new room and was given a room that had dirty sheets that looked like “fresh stains”. When I asked for clean sheets the front desk had me go to The laundry room and get clean bedding to make the bed myself! Afterwards the tv didn’t turn on, staff was rude and talked to me like I was an idiot. She came to the room and took her quite awhile to get it to work- asked for an extra blanket because the one given was t along size blanket and she asked me to come get it again. When I said no, I’ve had to go 3 times she said she would bring me one in half an hour- never received the blanket. Worst service, dirty room- only reason I stayed is because I had a really early flight. Will NEVER stay again."

"Close to the airport, fair value but booked here in part to use the pool and it was so cold No one wanted to go in. And we don't mind a little cold usually but either the heater is broken or they just don't make any attempt. Probably won't stay again."
