"I believe this place is where the owners live here and you rent a room from them. The rules are a little confusing. It states no noise after 10am regards to tv, conversation and not using the kitchen. Example they state that the garbage needs to get tied and go in a bin, I was looking for that bin my whole stay and the night before we left we got a message to leave it in our room.
