"Pillows could have been a bit cleaner, thankfully we had our own, and I would recommend you bring your own, along with blankets, the blankets were clean but still bring your own, the water pressure isn’t great really at all, which isn’t a big deal for the sink but for showering…..yea no, not many channels on the tv, but past that honestly not bad, especially being the fact I had it discounted not bad, btw the way to lock the door when you’re inside is a button with a green line wrapped around it"

"The only thing I didn't like was no microwave. I was in in a regular room. For 2 people that's plenty big. My room was close to Uber pick which was great since we were in Orlando for my son's volleyball tournament at the convention center. The last day we did Universal Studios Islands of adventure. The bus shuttle wait time between pick up only a few minutes between shuttles."

"This hotel is conveniently located near Volcank Bay and CityWalk area. Our room even set at 68 was still muggy and cool but not cold. The two times I went to get water downstairs the dispenser was empty. I’d like to maybe make a suggestion to make the crosswalk to the hotel from the parking lot cemented. It was muddy. But this was a great spacious room, and I’d be happy to go again. I did love your staff! Great people."

"Could not recommend more! Great hotel room, property and staff. Great location and proximity to transit to get you around. The pool area was spacious and clean. There were some outdoor games too. Looking forward to coming back! Room was clean and spacious. We had a very basic room but amazing fews of Epic Universe fireworks"

"The room was clean and the bed is comfortable. Staff was pleasant and check in/out was easy. There is a $10 per night fee for parking. The hallway smells terrible possibly from the carpet. Other than that everything was great!"
