I was called 1 hour before check in and told that my reservation was no good. That there was no room available. And that my reservation did not mean I had a room. I was upset and hung up then I was called back saying they found me a room. But it was not the same room. Also. The room was NOT good. Broken dresser drawer. Pillows with no pillow cases on them and were just left laying in the middle of the bed. Like the cleaners just stopped working and walked out before they finished the room.
I reported this bit they already knew about it. Just didn’t fix it

I had a leak, water flowing my bathroom into my room and into the hall. When reported, the manager did not adrress the active leak until the next day. I report the water wetting the floor in my room and the hallway and I was told that it was coming from another room. I had to endure the the smell of urine and feces while it took several days to fix the problem. The water was found to coming from my bathroom as I reported it. The room had a kitchenette and I brought a few personal dishes with me. The repair man came while I was at work, when I returned to my room, I found my bowl removed from the kitchen counter where I left it and in the bathroom on the tub. I beleive the repair used by personal eating bowl to dip tiolet water. I reported this to the female desk staff working that night, she discounted my concerns about professional unsanitary act. I disposed of the bowl. Had he returned the bowl to the kitchen counter, I could have possibly gotten sick..... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

The pictures are nothing like the rooms. Our room the dresser was completely broken, boards hanging off. A drawer in the kitchen was broken and falling out. The toilet clogged up after one flush. The bathtub had grime. Definitely wouldn’t stay again.

As soon as we walked into room 415, two roaches walked across the floor. We immediately left the room and stayed at a different hotel. I attempted to get a refund the next morning and was denied. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
