"The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. There was a large loud group and she made sure we were far away from that. Our room ac was not working and they walked us through on how to fix it. It didn’t blow super cool but it did work. Room remained pretty humid. Comfortable room, the shower door was off the track and my husband fixed that. All and all an ok stay especially for the location price and vicinity to where we wanted to be."

"The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Although the cable didn't work when I entered the room the front desk fixed it right away. There were no bugs. However, the bed was as hard as a rock and you could feel the springs. I had to sleep on a blow up mattress bought at the store. All the side lamps were bright so not really the type of light you would want to leave on to walk to the bathroom at night. "We always stay here when we visit family in Wichita. Pet-friendly and a beautiful walking path and park right behind the hotel. Friendly staff, breakfast is very good, and rooms are clean and modern. Very close to shopping, restaurants and staff is very accomodating and friendly."

"Rooms were very modern, spacious and clean. The beds were soooo comfortable. While we were there the dryer broke. We were offered the staff’s dryer to dry our clothes. We appreciated that."
