"Terrible experience. I had to cancel last minute to due strep throat and flu. Hotel WOULD NOT refund me - even with a doctor's note! Expedia said it was the hotel's decision, and the hotel said it was expedia's decision. Called and waited OVER AN HOUR with expedia and basically got nowhere! Super frustrating. Will not use expedia nor stay at a LaQuinta ever again!"

"I’m gonna start by saying that the staff in the front was good. But yet again I’ve been bamboozled by Hotels.com and Expedia into thinking I was going into a 9/10 experience. I wish they would fix this. Not only did I not receive the room on the picture. But all the halls smell like smoke and horrible food. Key card for room didn’t work after trying so hard to reprogram and the room smelled like raid and AC didn’t work 100%. Again I hope Expedia and Hotels.com fix this issue and start verifying...
