"Unfortunately, I fell in the elevator because the floor was wet; I reported it, but no one took any action. My knee swelled up and is still bruised. I asked for a room on the first floor, but I was told there was no availability."

Good thing I always thoroughly clean or I would have sat on it. Next the bathtub plug was not attached so I had to prop the drain open while I showered so the water wouldn't fill up in the tub. The room smelled really musty, and moldy from the poor HVAC system in the humidity. Staff was really nice throughout my stay."
