"The front desk staff and the Bistro staff were very friendly and customer focused. Breakfast option are limited compared to places that offer an "all you can eat" free breakfast, but the quality of the food was good. Everything we ate was very tasty. The ambiance of the hotel was great. The lobby has lots of sitting options and televisions so your small group can gather comfortably. It's clean and modern and comfy. "The beds were clean, and AC works very well , nice shower. Very clean room overall. Nice staff but not very helpful sadly.. When i woke up in the middle of the night and noticed that there were roaches by the bed nightstand and I then contacted the front desk to see if I could get another room and they said it was too late to do that which I can understand, lol i even asked if they had roach spray and that would be good enough for me but he said they didn’t and apologized. "The room was very clean. The staff were very warm, professional and helpful. The grounds were manicured and clean! The continental breakfast food was always fresh and the area for waffles was always clean and attended by the staff. The common restrooms on the first floor were immaculate at all times!"

"I was here early Jan 2026 for the first time. My stay was 5 days. It was a highly clean & well kept experience. The customer service was excellent. The only recommendation I have is to enhance the very limited continental breakfast to include bottled water, tea, fruit & oatmeal packets/toppings. Thanks for the kind hospitality, he even took photos for us."
