"Unfortunately, I fell in the elevator because the floor was wet; I reported it, but no one took any action. My knee swelled up and is still bruised. I asked for a room on the first floor, but I was told there was no availability."

"The hot breakfast was really good each morning. My bathroom, not so much! The toilet was not clean. There was feces on the underside of the toilet seat. Good thing I always thoroughly clean or I would have sat on it. Next the bathtub plug was not attached so I had to prop the drain open while I showered so the water wouldn't fill up in the tub. The room smelled really musty, and moldy from the poor HVAC system in the humidity. Staff was really nice throughout my stay."

"The location was great it was close to shopping and restaurants. I was very disappointed that since I booked through Expedia I wasn’t reimbursed for leaving early they charged me for the whole trip. It was unfortunate because when I have family come to town it would be convenient to stay there. Also they only clean every third day so our room would only be cleaned one night during four nights stay."

"The rooms are dated which is OK as long as it doesn’t smells. There is a mini kitchen refrigerator worked fine but it’s rusted on the outside the fan/ ventilation over the stove is nonexistent. You just see wires. The bathroom had a moldy smell. The curtain by the window had mold on it . It was missing a couple of hooks to keep it all the way up and in place There is a smell to the room itself just smelled moldy the arm chair at least should be re-wrapped I never sat in it. I got sick from being...
