"Recently stayed at the Radisson Blu MOA and was pleased with the room, the staff, and the convenience to the Mall. The thing I can't quite get over is spending $461 for two nights and then being hit with another $48 ($24/night) for parking. The site lists "off street parking" but anyone who has been to MOA knows there is really no "off street parking". I would think a parking space in your ramp would be included in the room charge. I will rethink where I stay next time."

"Check in was quick and easy, the clerk was friendly and helpful. The main entry is very large and was always clean. We were in the Wolf Tower and the room was wonderful! The room was spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the larger fridge but missed the microwave. Another chair besides the desk chair would be nice too. The bathroom supplies were very nice and appreciated. I tried the coffee machine on the first floor and it was pretty good! Lots of selections! I tried to go to pool but was told that I was required to also bring my ID. I didn’t have it so I wasn’t able to go in…I didn’t go back. Key drop box made check out easy and quick. "

"The staff was excellent. There was a continental breakfast included, which had hot foods like eggs, sausage, and waffles. Lots of parking the hotel was very easy to find and in a decent neighborhood. There was a pizza place and coffee shop within walking distance. The hotel itself was maintained fine, we did not use the pool facility so I’m not sure how that was but I know the pool itself was rather small. We stayed in a suite that fits six people. It had two double beds and a pullout sofa bed. The room had a mini fridge, dishwasher, two burner stovetop, small island with two chairs. We did not end up using any of the kitchen amenities. The bathroom was very large, but only had a small vanity. No other shelves/counter space to hold anything and no lower shelf under the sink. Did not have a hairdryer FYI, if you need one. cleanliness for the room 6/10. The beds were soft, sheets were cleaned, but a deep clean could be used in the rooms. There was dust and hair around the baseboards in the bathroom and the shower itself had seen better days. The handle barely worked, and there was not a lot of hot water. The room was set up very odd. Two of the beds were tucked in the left hand side corner, and on the right side of the room was the pullout bed and in the middle of both of those was the TV pointed at the door. There is no way from either bed nor sitting on the sofa would you be able to even see the TV so it was completely irrelevant being in the room."

"Breakfast was bagels with no toaster. The hot tub has been broken for over a month. The shower dripped when you flushed the toilet. "

"Breakfast was really good - lots of options. Fitness room had good equipment but the Peloton needs pedals for non-bike shoes. Room did not cool off as much as we would liked. There is remodeling going on. The staff we encountered were very friendly."
