"Pool was very nice. No elevator if on second floor and rooms did not mask sound well so late and early it was hard to sleep. Hotel was clean, central to town and very friendly staff!"

"Room was very clean, staff were a delight, breakfast tasted alright but it seems they were short staffed those days. Haven’t tried the hot tub or swimming pool, but they looked great. Probably would have used them if I stayed for a longer period of time."

"The stay was great the room was nice. Kickback and breakfast was amazing. The only complaint we had was not getting to use the hot tub bc it was packed with about 20 KIDS. They were in and out splashing and jumping which was very frustrating. We were hoping to relax for a night and couldn’t even fit in the hot tub with children 11 and under packed in. No fault to the hotel but maybe offer an hour of only adult time, which would be nice."

"Easy and friendly check in and out. Nice room but no shampoo or conditioner. Luckily I always pack my own. Was supposed to get the second room as adjoining but it was down the hall. Not a big deal but worth noting. Swimming pool needs some TLC"

The elevator floor was filthy, the groves in the elevator floor looked as though they have not been cleaned in months. Opening the door to the room the first thing you see is the large hole in the bathroom door. The carpeting was dirty and ripped in a number of places. "We had reserved a king room with a pull out sofa, the room was prepaid. When we arrived we were told they only had a queen room even though we had RESERVED and prepaid. We were very disappointed! They did offer a free breakfast at the buffet and a drink from the bar. We were unable to use either. When they refreshed the towels the net day, they also refilled the coffee, but not the cups. A bit hard to make coffee without cups, they also didn’t replace the face wipes. So although I loved...
