"Aurora Inn is a very historic hotel in the heart of Cleveland. We loved staying here when visiting family in the area. There's a beautiful Tavern with outdoor deck. We loved having the indoor swimming pool, sauna and outdoor deck chairs to relax. I'd recommend staying here an using the Expedia site to book. I saved over $100/night using Expedia site."

"From the moment we stepped on the property, EVERYONE was helpful!! We didn't want a room on the 1st floor and the manager moved us WITHOUT question. Room was clean. Property is close and walked to the Falls. Make sure to include 2 adult breakfasts during your online reservations. Good restaurants nearby. PARKING FREE and on the Property. The pools were really nice. One pool inside and out. The jacuzzi WAS AMAZING!!! MUST COME BACK to this hotel."

"The room was clean, but the let out couch was dated and looked dusty. The staff at front desk, dining area(Sundays Staff), and the staff cleaning the rooms were friendly, however, the staff who freshened up room 416 Saturday July 11th did not do good of tidying it up. She put fresh towels in and half-way made the two beds no vaccum, and no sweeping. Breakfast was normal nothing that stands out, parking was great. On Saturday the pool area did not have any towels but when I let the front desk...

"Breakfast was good and plentiful. Gardens around the property well maintained. Room layout was very poor. TV in a very awkward position. Room service was good. Property looked a little beat up, for a Marriott."

"Great place. Always stay at the Streetsboro location every time I travel to Ohio, which is at least twice a year. Friendly staff, very accommodating, great breakfast, always clean and quiet. My favorite front desk person is Jacob. He is always so kind and the one front desk person, that has been working there for quite awhile. Kudos to Jacob!"

"The wallpaper was peeling in the room and hallways. The hallways were dark and not air conditioned. Everything was old and in need of repair. The restaurant wasn't open and the breakfast was a small pastry in a to-go box. The pool was freezing and cloudy. The TV was very small and not streaming services adaptable. There is also no microwave in the rooms. I was there two nights and never saw house keeping. Aurora is a nice neighborhood, this hotel might have been nice 20 years ago but not now."

"It was nice to enter a clean room and have Dove shampoo/conditioner and soap -- it smells good. In addition, the towels had a more fresh smell instead of the typical hotel towel smell (if you know what I mean)???"
