"The reception staff was bright and caring and ready to assist with all our needs.
The only down side was that there was nothing in our room to tell us where to eat or best places to eat close to the accomodation.
Other than that I would stay there again if I needed to be in that area."

"Excellent location - easy check in and nice big apartments. There was a strong smell when we checked in and we had to open all the windows to get it to go - probably one of the cleaning products as the flat was nice and clean.
Was ok and fit for purpose for what we needed"

"actual room is older than what the photos showed. Look like a 80s motel but near to a ferry terminal which makes it very easy to explore the surrounding."

"This is a lovely Property to stay and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly (especially Liam).
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that we stayed in room 310 and the AC unit is shared with the room next to us. The 2 rooms cannot be on different temps so we melted whilst the man next door had his AC on 25°. Maintenance tried to get him to compromise by offering an extra blanket but some people are just difficult.
We had to leave early and staff were great with their decision to...
