"I did the check in on Sunday afternoon and the guy at the front desk was rude. Online they said I had to pay a deposit of 100$ which I was okay with but once at the hotel they charge me $200 as deposit"

"This is a classic case of you get what you pay for! It’s a roof over your head along with air conditioning that rocked!!! Nothing else was even sub-par. Nicole and Loretta from housekeeping were amazing! Very run down building. After extending my stay several times, they chose to tell me 2:00 that they needed me out by 3:00 the same day. Apparently they were booked solid for the weekend, but very unprofessional to do it how they did."

"We really enjoy staying here - the rooms are always clean and comfortable. All the staff are great to deal with ! We really like Arthur’s pub and never had a bad meal!! We like the pool for cooling off. There is lots of free parking. This visit I had inadvertently booked the room style of room . The On Duty Manager gave us a free upgrade to a much more suitable room !! We really appreciated it That’s why when we are in Cobourg we will stay here !!😊"

"Walls have stains, there were holes in wall patch up with wood, I was glad I bring flip flops to shower... I was disappointed on the conditions of the hotel... guests in the hotel smell of Marijuana, definitely not family friendly 😕"

"What I liked: This is a really nice motel. The property is well maintained and pleasing to the eye. Check in was relatively easy. Our room was very clean with very comfy beds. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker is a must for us and they did not disappoint.Most amenities are within a 3-5 minute drive. What I didn't like: The water pressure was good but I did get some fluctuating temperatures while showering. They had no working ice machine. Late check-in time of 4o'clock. $10 per hour for an...
