At breakfast time, there was never any plates or bowls out for us to actually put the food on, the eggs we ordered were never brought to us. The pool was cold, the bedding was old."

"Rooms are specious clean and kitchen is good. Do not expect any assistance from the staff, they don’t even pick up calls. I was told that if I needed fresh towels, I had to carry the used ones to the front desk myself. Housekeeping was only offered once during a 7-day stay, and that too only after I asked. There were also numerous instructions about disposing of our own trash."
