"The first room was a disaster. Housekeeping left window open trying to let the smell of piss and animal feces air out. We thought we smelled a odor. Closed the window came back later definitely was a odor. Housekeeping definitely didn't clean the room. Changed rooms at midnight after we came back from a comedy show, no issues after. "

"the jacuzzi in the room was great. The room was in good condition, not the cleanest but not terrible. The entire floor we were on smelled like cigarettes and allegedly there was supposed to be free continental breakfast but that was nowhere in sight.
Every soda machine or snack machine was "out of order" so no breakfast and no snacks available. disappointing. Also, just weird vibes."
