"The staff was wonderful. They remembered me as I was coming and going and always said something nice to me. Always with a smile. One of the staff walked my luggage out to my rental car and loaded it for me as it was too heavy for me. The room was spotless and very comfortable. They had an amazing Christmas Village set up in the lobby. I’d stay there again. "

"The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Night staff was quite friendly on Christmas Eve. The next morning, we got confused on breakfast time and arrived a little late. Instead of just telling us, the staff ignored us, even though we were asking and curious, and just continued to take things away. Not a major issue, but direct communication could be improved!"
