"Room was nice and clean. Hard to sleep because the A/C unit is very noisy, and the pillows are WAY too soft. I need a pillow that's at least a little bit firm. Ate dinner at the Bistro both nights. First night was fine. Second night was terrible because there was an event going on, so the menu was severely restricted. WHY? Also, dozens of guests at the Bistro and bar, but only TWO servers. "First floor rooms have vaulted ceilings; lighting was great throughout the room; large bathroom was definitely a plus-room to move around in even if more than one person; and most of all great price for a last-minute reservation. Only negative is the noise in the above room, otherwise no other issues. Would recommend booking this hotel. "

"The lobby area was very nice and we were greeted by the front desk staff immediately! She was wonderful and welcoming. She told us about all the amenities and sent us on our way. "I stayed here because of other reviews. This is a Mom and Pop hotel. It is simple, but has all the necessities for a short stay. I stay in hotels nearly every weekend due to sports. This hotel was the cleanest I’ve been in for awhile. The bed was great and the towels were softer than any towels I’ve felt in a very long time. The staff was very kind and helpful. "
