The place is great, nothing really is close but the rooms have a kitchen so you can take your one food to cook which is awesome! The place is stocked up with things to use and everything was very clean. We had a great stay!!

Good Location. Easy to check in over the phone. Two Bedroom 2 Bathroom with Kitchen is very good for family. Rooms has lots of space. Recommend for family. Just few things to note, if you are on ground floor, lot of noise from people walking above floor. Table fans are provided. Overall it is good for us for 1 night stay. For family with young kids if check in late, make sure to pick up food or groceries from near Shops and in night there are no options.

Unfortunately this place is filthy. We checked in and upon entering the room were hit by an odor of dirtiness and mold. The room itself was dirty and the linens appeared to have not been washed in quite some time, hair on the sheets when we pulled the filthy comforter down. There was no running water in the kitchen or one of the baths when we arrived and the staff texted us it would be turned on but my asthma was starting to kick in due to the smell and there was just no way we could stay here. There are many nice places to stay in the ADk’s, this is definitely not one of them!!

The brook behind the property is spectacular. Being able to sit on the veranda and listen to the flowing water was relaxing. The rooms were comfortable and homey.

Quaint

Quaint little hotel! Loved how big the space was, and it was close to everything. The stream behind the hotel made for a relaxing sleep, and it was wonderful having an oven for an occasional frozen pizza!

For the price of these accommodations, it exceeded my expectations. I just go to hike so I do not require much. This had 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a back patio near the brook, a full kitchen and it was less expensive than when I rented out a room in Keene Valley. Would definitely stay again.

The room was clean, and just about perfect for everything we needed on this trip. The guy at the front desk was friendly and nice. When we needed extra items they were available to us. The residents were friendly and helpful. The price was fair. We had a great stay and plan on returning.
