"There was a hair in our sausage from the breakfast bar. Also the waffle station was a mess. There was a larger group of baseball players staying which could have contributed to that. Also the elevator was broke was it took awhile to get to room."

"Staff were excellent! Great location near PIE. Free airport transportation (just schedule a day or 2 in advance at the front desk). Pretty pool and hot tub area but we didn't utilize. Our room appeared very clean but had a very strong terrible odor (think nasty pet shop.....). We only stayed here for one night for our flight the next day. I do recommend because of price, location, pretty clean, and staff! If you're needing perfect, this probably isn't the one."

"The entrance of the hotel plus the elevator and other common areas were extremely dirty, the administration does not worry about keeping the building clean, when you enter that is the first impression, and the outside of the building worse hurts to see how all those flowers they have are burned by the sun you can see that not even a little water fall on them, what I did like was the breakfast that was spectacular very varied and the room was clean, but please this message is for the manager...

"Everything is perfect, the main reason I chose the hotel was due to having breakfast, the breakfast was a hit every morning. The only downside was the tv I was unable to stream. The hotel was very close to all major store and more. Will definitely visit again."

"Beautiful rooms, amazing staff, extremely convenient location. I cannot rave enough about this place! Super kid friendly. They have tons of pool toys for the kids. There are grills on the property that are available to guests. The kitchen was a HUGE plus. Rooms are spacious and all of the rooms face the pool. 100/10 I will definitely be back!"
