This was my second time staying here. Other than the cigarette smell in the room it was great! Whoever had the room before me must have been a heavy smoker. Other than that ice cold a/c the staff is awesome. Will be back again!! ✌️❤️🙂

I love this hotel. They’re under construction and the lobby doesn’t have any chairs or tables. There is no microwave in the room. I still love it. I like that the floor isn’t carpeted. I like that the bed linens are white and the walls do not have some garish wallpaper. instead of paintings, you have the floor to ceiling window. If you get the choice, take the pool view. The others will remind you there are under construction. I find this a lovely way to rest.

The room was clean and comfortable. I wish there was an iron in the room but, I went to the front desk, and they had one for me to use. The only issue was not having hot water in the morning. They definitely need to add hooks to hang the towels. Aside from that, the room was clean and spacious. Now, I will say the parking was ridiculous. They are still under construction, so the parking spots were limited. I had to drive around a few times and finally squeezed into a spot. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

The weekend desk person Julian is incredibly helpful. Way beyond what is acceptable. He has a perfect hospitality personality. He was super busy keeping everyone happy. The hotel is half super dump half newly renovated. The owners are trying to make some money but forgot we review. They will change their name to Komposte lose the bad reviews and charge 2 to 3 times what they are scraping up now. But now there are no chairs no tables no microwaves and the pool has the hardest chairs is in the middle of the building and will never get a breeze no matter what the hotels name is. I’ve stayed in Komposte before when done it will be nice for BBB its price range but the area is a gentleman’s club on one way and a Taco Bell in the same parking lot. Why do you charge an amenity destination whatever fee. That’s a rip off

These rooms are always clean despite the construction going on. They do their best to accommodate all of your needs. Andrea is always so kind and you can’t beat the price for St. Petersburg just 15-20 minutes from the beach!

My experience was great! The room was very nice and very clean! The staff was absolutely amazing!!! Ice cold a/c, room was cleaned every day, free coffee in the a.m. and the pool area was nice to relax in. I will definitely be back again!! ✌️❤️🙂

Staff is super nice and helpful!!!!! Fantastic. Room was super cute and clean but bathroom had hair on the walls and in the shower and the shower floor didn’t look like it had been cleaned either. All else was good. Comfortable bed. Nice view of pool and palm trees. Huge tv for a hotel which was nice! I had a late check out but housekeepers knocked twice EARLY even though my do not disturb button was also ON. Room could use one more additional light. There is no sitting area at the hotel (lobby) unless you go to the pool and sit in a pool chair or sit on your bed in your room. There are no couches or chairs in the hotel room. Not a bad stay. Not a great stay. Neutral.
