"We enjoyed the room and pool. Both were good for us. The coffee is not consistant. It was very weak and not maintained well enough to be hot for all pf the quests all day long, and definitely not 24/7. Some staff made the coffee well and others so weakbit looked like tinted water. Overall it was good. Although next time we will choose a hotel that includes breakfast."

"Wonderful property with a beautiful view! Staff was 5 star. Beds were comfy and clean. Only disappointment was room was clean but definitely needs a facelift. Toilet seat was chipped and finishes very worn."

"This is a mid century Schitts creek type motel. I mean that in the best way possible. Not for the Beougie! But it is awesome. Rooms are clean and well taken care of. This place is literally right on Lake Superior! The price was fantastic and there were chairs and picnic tables right there to watch the sunset. Which in and of itself was worth the price of admission. The outside doors and common area create a little sense of old school community. Creature comforts yes, but prima donna not so much. Plus shuffle board! We had so much fun and it is right next to downtown Munising."

"Hotel was clean, with AC working great. Beds were comfy, and quiet area. Staff were super nice, and convenience store located in same hotel. Breakfast was a bust, but overall great hotel."

"Plenty of space for our party of four, in the 2 bdrm suite. Yes, this place is old and there are signs of that. For example, the 1970s GE Cooking center…functional except the microwave. There was another microwave in the unit though. The carpet looked newer as did the couch. Nice spacious shower. Comfy beds. 3 square small pillows on the beds was not comfy as I prefer 2 rectangle pillow. My hubby and I fought over the third pillow. White blinds don’t do much to darken the rooms. I don’t mind the sounds of the highway, but if that is something that you don’t prefer, look elsewhere. This place was exactly as expected for the price. I would stay there again given it was a short 2 night or less stay. Would find something a little newer for a longer stay."
