"Room was nice and clean. Hotel is extremely close to airport so you’re there in 3 minutes time. Restaurant Wingnutz had amazing wings and pizza. 10/10"

"I want to be clear: this place is the worst, except for the hot tub. They didn't have room slippers, their internet was down, and the front desk refused to do anything about it. Rooms are advertised as rooms and as non-smoking rooms; in reality, the entire property is a no-smoking zone. No water bottles in the room, no extra water bottles anywhere in the hotel, apparently. Thoroughly unejoyable except for the tub which was great so if you have money do it"

"This was our first time at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Buffalo-Airport and the check-in was fast, and the room was spacious, and clean. "This is hands down the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. If I could I have switched hotels, I would have. Took over 45 minutes to check in. They overbooked the hotel, the rooms paid for are not available…. Please do yourself a favour and stay very far away from this hotel. Black mold in the rooms and bathrooms. "The accommodations were nice: bed, room, pool and breakfast. The only hiccup came when our room had no internet connection therefore the TV wouldn't work. Upon contacting the front desk as the prompt stated, we were met with resistance and lack of assistance, the girl at the desk telling us to contact the internet provider to fix it ourselves. "I liked the hotel and location. Just one thing. I booked the hotel because it has a bath tub due to a health condition eased by a bath at night. The first room had no plug and no way to keep the water in, as checked by the person on front desk. They kindly moved me to another room but the same issue was there. I couldn't be doing with moving a third time so wasn't too well the next day for work."
