"This is a no fuss hotel. Clean, safe, convenient but in a shopping plaza. The pool area and pool needed a little clean up but the back patio and grill area was very comfortable. Great breakfast."

"We booked the room for a quick visit to Carowinds , knowing it wouldn’t be like staying uptown , but thought since it’s right next to the park SURELY it’s decent . WRONG ! I should have known better since the only entrance is a gas station parking lot. The lobby had 5 buckets in the center of the front room where you check in . We stayed optimistic as we were in the check in process and the front staff , Myron, was so nice , also very patient with everyone he was helping."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn! It was so nice to find a nice hotel that welcomed dogs of all sizes as well. My golden retriever is a very gentle and well behaved dog but unfortunately it’s hard to find a hotel that allows dogs her size. The Hampton Inn was welcoming and had no issues with her staying with us. A wonderful experience!"

"Conditions of the properties were good and clean . Staff were very nice and helpful. Parking were always full late at night, but still there was always availability. On the downsize , Breakfast menu was below average with no proteins and sometimes there was no bread and bagels we an hour of breakfast left. Also personnel started cleaning the breakfast area like 10 min before finishing the breakfast hour, as if hurrying off the visitors. In addition , the day of the checkout it was raining and ...

"This is a very basic hotel with not a lot of extras but it was clean and the beds were very comfortable which is most important. It is off the 485 inner loop so not too far from the airport and you can avoid Interstate 77. The price was reasonable and the breakfast had a good variety of options."

"Set in a very walkable location with restaurants etc . But is also set on the expressway so some decent road noise. Didnt feel the rooms were super clean lots of dust one person in our group had rotting food from another guest in their fridge. AC was weak for a warm climate not crisp. People said the food on site was frozen and mediocre and often served still frozen . Staff was very nice and small bottles of water are free at desk. Would not stay again due to noise cleanliness price ."
