My only issue was that even though they slipped a note under each room door warning of the carpets being cleaned, they didn’t mention at what time. We were trying to check out and there were hoses everywhere

The staff is amazing at this hotel. The location is also great. There’s so much to do within walking distance, which is very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The things I would like to see improved are the common areas are really aging. The chairs are dirty and not comfortable at all so it is not a comfortable place to have meetings or meet up with people. Also, it is very annoying that they do not have free coffee in the morning because they are relatively understaffed and it takes forever just to get a cuppa coffee with you have to pay for. They really need to change it back to where you can get free coffee in the morning on your own.
