The staff was pleasant. That's about the best I can say the room condition wasn't great, people outside the room drinking in smoking area not really causing problems but had little kids running up and down the balcony past our room pretty late at night around midnight making noise, the pool was out of order, the ice machine didn't work, the sink kept filling up and not draining, a room on our floor didn't even have window glass just plastic sheets up and there where people staying in that room, it just wasn't a good atmosphere and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

Beds were Comfortable and room was clean. It took almost 40 min to check in, then she asked me to inspect room and come back and continue the check in. Room was dated, but clean. Facility was run down, you get what u pay for. It seemed like most people lives there.

Give that man a raise

If you need a place to sleep, this works. Fridge is a decent size, room was clean, but no toilet paper (would have been nice to know that wasn't provided). I would give the guy working 5 stars because it appeared that he was the front desk clerk and cleaning crew all on his own.

Hotel charges $100 above rental fee which you get back a week after you leave if room is clean. Had to sign a waiver saying room was clean when arriving. There is a charge if you do not check out in time, however, we arrive at 4:30 pm (half hour past check in) and was told room was not ready. Asked to check again as it was a long trip to get there and a room was ready. Room was half remodeled and could use some finishing. No Kleenex and no coffee maker.

This place is not safe for you if you have kids, there is open air drug dealing very scary people hanging around in the parking lot and on the stairwells with weapons in sight. We had a room for two and in the bathroom we had 4 face towels and 1 bath towel, we had to go to the office to get more. The room was not clean and had cockroaches. I am homeless and am relying on hotels while I find a new place. When I check in to this reservation I couldn’t check in early, plus they said the room wasn’t clean. When check in time finally came no one was there to open the door. Waited another 2 1/2 hours before room was clean and was able to check in. I know staff did what they could but owners should hire more employees

The room was filthy blood stains on walls and dirt everywhere. Beds old and falling apart. No shower curtain and no cleaning done entire stay. The hotel staff was never available. Asked to change rooms and was told we will see what we can do and never saw staff again. Room was completely unacceptable conditions. We slept in our van rather than deal with the filth and bugs. No refund options available. Don’t stay here!

I didn't like anything about it the ad was very deceptive! Untrustworthy business practices,not worried about any thing but making a dollar today.very very unaware of what it takes to be a real business.their practices resolve around getting your payment and making it so aggravating to get a refund that more than likely you'll just say keep it and never go back.thats what they want you to do so they make it a huge obstacle to aggravate you enough to throw your hands up

Property charges did not happen as per travelocity's policy. I was charged for the whole stay before I even checked in. Travelocity's "deposit" structure was not followed. The room was very clean. The lobby looked like an industrial facility and not like a motel lobby. The bare concrete floor was unkept, uneven and dirty. The TV in the room kept "disconnecting" from their wifi system. The MW door was stuck close and I couldn't take out my heated food. There was not maintenance staff during the weekend. So, essentially my first night was a nightmare.

Horrible. Very very bad customer service. No room key and no one in the property to assist you. Lack of cleanliness and mold in bathroom. Due to them not having room key I end up sleeping in my car till 9am when the staff open the front door desk. This place it’s HORRIBLE shouldn’t be in business. 😤
