"The property is conveniently located. For some reason, we were given a handicapped room. The room was cleaned but worn. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did not receive enough towels but made due with what we were given. The breakfast was delicious and breakfast area was well stocked."

"The hotel is under construction. My room was remodeled, but there were no dishes or silverware. Most of the staff was friendly, but one of them always seemed confused and when I asked for anything, she looked at me with a puzzled look on her face. Not sure if it is a language barrier, but the rest of the staff was great. This will be nice when it is completed..."

"Hotel was in a really bad condition, I went back to front desk 3 times before they gave me right key to my room. Room was horrible, air condition was broken so they put another one in our room with big pipes outside and it was so loud, there’s no way you can fall asleep with it. Door lock was missing with big portion of wall. Furniture was so dirty so it was even nasty to stay close to them, dirty floor, bad smell inside our room. Outside of our room smell of marijuana was so strong I guess...

"The staff is rude, never smiles, not helpful in any way. One employee even mention know one cares here. He was the only one that helped out because front desk employees are just on there phones.
