When you arrive you are told to give your credit card information for a $100 “incidental fee” that is “refundable”. Keep this in mind. Right off the bat we were placed in the wrong room. "At nowhere in the reservation process were we notified that 21 is the minimum age to check in. I have asked for a callback from a supervisor and still have not received one. We are greatly disappointed and wondered what would’ve happened if this had been a -20° day."
