10/10 Excellent
"This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Everything is up to date, modern, and beautiful. Fun fact: I packed my own shampoo, conditioner, body wash and never actually used it during my stay because they have bottles provided to you. I’m not talking the small one shower usage bottles. They had full sized bottles of incredible smelling things. Crabtree and Evelyn that I promptly purchased on my flight home. The bed was crisp and fluffy at the same time (as were the pillows) and everything was just so clean. I was not expecting a microwave, safe, mini fridge, 2 sinks, a couch, a full closet, and a desk in one room; paired with room for activities. Absolutely worth the money and I am going to be so excited to book here again while visiting Syracuse. Elevators were room key operated which added another layer of safety for a solo female traveler in a big city. It was quiet, I rarely heard any footsteps or people talking as they walked down the hall. OH ALSO- the TV was on a mount so you can turn it to have a good view on the screen for a late night Netflix binge. 10/10 would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Pros: the room was updated and clean. The staff were pleasant and answered questions. The breakfast was surprisingly good! Cons: and this is hard to understand, but the hotel was out of hand soap and anything you'd expect to find along with it on a bathroom vanity. So no one eating breakfast alongside us had washed their hands with soap? Gross. We were told this was part of their update, which is an answer, but it's not acceptable."
