"My room was large and comfortable. The tv was not working and they sent a person up to my room to fix it very quickly. But I found some seeds on the floor and tags in the bathroom that were not from my clothes. Overall I had a great time and would stay again though"

"Staff were excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. Wouldn’t include breakfast for a fee next time because it’s very restrictive. Parking is convenient and safe but is an additional hefty fee. Location is ideal for walking to everything around Armory Square."

"It was fine. The bathroom had seen better days it looked a bit battered. More important it could use a deep cleaning, lots of dust and dirt when I pulled the pocket door of the bathroom closed as well as on the vents and fixtures. "

"The hotel property is definitely a little rundown on the outside and appeared clean in the hallway as someone was mopping the floor. Check-in staff was incredibly friendly, breakfast was of a nice variety selection. However, my hotel sheets had blood stains on them and the hotel refused to acknowledge that dismissing me and claiming it was only hair dye. Be sure to check your room out completely before staying at this location."

"We've stayed here a few times and it's always clean, pleasant, and enjoyable. The breakfast is small but perfect - fresh bagels and pastries, the waffle maker, cereals. They have hot coffee and tea out all the time and we really appreciate the afternoon pick-up. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Our favorite part is enjoying a delicious and satisfying steak at the restaurant, then being able to walk to the room. It's just perfect! "

"Room was nice. Parking was great. Pets were allowed. Swimming pool and gym were nice also. Staff was exceptional! Emily was wonderful. I did not like the breakfast, the water pressure or the fact that we had a suite and the bathroom had to be accessed through the bedroom and not the sitting room. This was an inconvenience because we were traveling with a teenager. Otherwise, Great!!"
