"I was very disappointed! We had 2 rooms reserved there were no hangers in either room and when I called the front desk to request hangers I had to go up to the desk to get them and was only given 3 hangers total. She said that was all she had! The first morning there we realized we had no spare TP roll so we actually had to call for another roll. The floors in the rooms had not been cleaned and were gritty to walk on. The hallways smelled nasty. The mattresses had definitely seen better days....

"The room as clean and the hotel was clean as well. I checked in after 10pm and waited at the front desk for about 10 minutes before anyone was around to check me into my room. Otherwise the hotel was as expected, nothing extravagant. The set up is a little odd to me as the elevators are on the far ends of the floor making the hallway exceptionally long. The rooms are far from sound resistant. You can hear people 4 doors down and every toilet flushing."

"The bed was comfortable and the hot breakfast was fine. There were a few minor repairs needed in the room, like torn Formica on the night tables. My key card malfunctioned several times but the staff quickly fixed that. I wish there had been a few hooks in the bathroom. And an alarm clock and a TV guide."

"Did not receive the room we had booked due to the facility being “short staffed”. We paid for a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout couch, got a room with 2 queen beds. No refund, we paid for a more expensive room and did not stay in it. The room smelled musty and moldy. Was damp, the beds felt moist. "The location of the hotel allowed us to walk everywhere in downtown St. Paul. Our room was unique and had views of two beautiful churches, the light rail and also the state capital. The breakfast was a thoughtful arrangement of foods including soy milk which delighted me! The downstairs bar was a nice spot to sit and relax with friends. The staff was welcoming and easy to communicate with. We can't wait to come back!!"

"Rooms were clean and very quiet. The rooms had a refrigerator, but no microwave. There was a coffee station by the front desk and microwave in the breakfast area. Washers and dryers were available if needed. They had an indoor swimming pool and hot tub. The staff were very friendly and available."
