"Great facility and friendly & helpful staff!"

"I liked the cleanliness, address (as in, close to places we wanted to go) and staff. This place could use some updates. Just looks a bit beat up and dated. Bring earplugs. You can hear every room door in the hall slam closed from your bed and the location provides a lot of street noise (even on the 7th floor). The TV situation is actually comical. Old school, 40 cable channels. Did not check out the pool but the Wild Bill’s Saloon restaurant that is attached had great food and service. "

"There is zero parking. VERY INCONVENIENT for checking in to the hotel. Breakfast ends at 9am. All the coffee pots were empty by 10am. Coffee is a relatively cheap perk for your hotel guests. The location next to the arena was very convenient. The fitness center has everything I needed. The towels were well stocked both in the fitness center & the pool. The hotel was very clean. The valet gentleman was very friendly & helpful. "

"My shower was cold at about 1030am. I told the staff at the counter that the shower was cold and that the shower faucet blender-valve was pulling out of the wall and the curtain rod was also pulling out of the wall. She really did not care, so I don't know if maintenance was every told."

"Room was very dirty. Floor wasn't touched, dusty and spills on it. Countertop space and desk had food spills and dirt on it. Chairs had food spilled on it. Drawers had dead bugs and dust. Bedding old with holes in it. Fridge also not cleaned. Bring your own cleaning supplies and Bedding for this property. "
