"Staff was great! Housekeeping was not good. When we checked in we were told that housekeeping would clean every other day. However, on the day of housekeeping the only things that were done were making the beds, taking out the trash, and two extra towels. Didn’t change sheets, vacuum, no liners in the trash, didn’t refill Kleenex, take out dirty towels or even give us a new soap for the sink. We used the same tiny piece of soap for 4 days! "Place was super clean. Room was so so spacious. Every single staff member was overly helpful and the breakfast was amazing. The pancakes were so good. You don’t usually have non frozen fresh pancakes, I was so surprised and we stay at a lot of places. We stayed there for our visit to Legoland which was like 2 minutes away via uber. Would definitely recommend staying there. Everything was very clean and comfortable. 5 stars"

"I like the location, central Lakeland. Close to restaurants and downtown Lakeland. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. Mildew present around the shower, toilet and sink. The water pressure from the sink faucet was very poor. Bathroom floor needed mopping. The rooms needs more attention to cleanliness just like the common area of the hotel. I was very disappointed because it is Marriott."
