"I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Anna checked us in and was so sweet and helpful. The room was much bigger than expected. The whole hotel was clean and smelled clean. Allison at the desk was very helpful with a small issue we had with our reservation. She also contacted me when they found a stuffy my grandson had left behind when we checked out. We will stay here again and recommend to anyone traveling to the area. "

"Loved the suite and pool. Liked the connection to the restaurants like two blocks away and the Provisions area of the hotel. "

"Clean and comfortable stay. My family enjoyed our rooms. The workers were friendly. The resort was more for younger aged children (the pool went only to 3 feet and the slide was not built for older kids) but overall, it made for a nice vacation for our family of 5."

"This Christmas season I was surprised how all pools were heated well, the 2 hot tubs were even too hot. I was there for last March Break but pools were lot colder and unpleasant to stay longer. Property employees were as always amazing, especially the front desk stuff. I made a mistake during the booking process, but Mr. Kyle Azzopardi resolved it for us, and practically saved our vacation from further troubles. I have been many times in this property, and it will always be my first choice for my Florida vacations."

"Ac worked great, I always stay at this hotel, this time I accidentally booked a king size bed instead of two queens, even tho they were full, they somehow found a room with two queens and changed it for me, and didn’t even charge me the extra cost. The hotel is very close to Disney but they don’t charge the shuttle fee. I have never seen any bug at all. Everything in the rooms always works, fridge and microwave are clean"
