"I booked this stay as pre-stay to an onsite stay at WDW as I drove in early. It was a 10-15 min drive to Pop Century. It was as expected: to be an economy place with low-frills. It is tucked behind some other businesses off a main thoroughfare and felt safe for a single female traveler. It was easy to locate and the staff were responsive. The room was small and somewhat dated but adequate and clean. Ice had to be requested daily at the front desk which was a bit inconvenient but not much. I would stay here again if a short term stay were needed."

2/10 Terrible

"Well, we had fire alarms go off 3 times in the middle of the night with no explanation. So you get up run down the hall and there's nothing. The next day the explanation was oh, someone pulled it. The lazy river was shut down as well as another park. The one elevator was so jam packed it took forever to get on. I have stayed here before and loved it. The room had been cleaned but the mirrors were real foggy and the clocks had not been changed so it was fine. But the worst of all is I left a hand made blanket and I checked out at 3 am. I sent a text when I got to the airport. Was told to fill out a form which I did. I called when I got home at 8 am. The staff was not helpful at all and said I had to fill the form out. Now check out time wasn't till 10 am. Just go get my blanket please. Right? I emailed and emailed to zero avail. Just unacceptable. I shouldn't have left it but I just can't believe there was no help at all."

"For the price it was great. We only stayed one night. I don't think I would stay there several nights. The staff was very nice and like I said - the price was right. There needs to be an update on the bathtub shower. It was very old and needs replaced. Clean though. The same with toilet tissue holder - very old. Don't expect much for breakfast - very simple but that was okay with us. There were a couple of homeless men in the parking lot that yelled insulting words at us when we parked. It was later in the day so it was kind of creepy. The staff at the front desk quickly went outside to check it out. I'm sure they were harmless but doesn't look good for business. For one day - price was right. Beds were clean and it was quiet. Easy to find. "
