"The egg smelling water is terrible. But the ice machine must have had a filter because it was ok. We went to the store and bought drinking water. There is a broken hand rail on the stairs leading into the hotel which could be hazardous if you didn't notice it. Bring your own bath towels, they are thin and small. If you have a river view it is nice. Nice mini frig that was cold and a nice microwave. Decent value for what you get."

"Rooms are very well thought out lots of storage, but uncluttered and ultra clean. I loved that there were no cleaning product or other fumes in the room. The place had no artificial odors whatsoever. No glade plug-ins or other obnoxious air freshener smells, I really appreciate that!!! The check-in staff wasn't very welcoming or friendly. The check-out staff was just the opposite...super nice and friendly. We will be back!"

"Very nice atmosphere. The tap water has a metallic taste. The elevator needs to be adjusted. The breakfast bar is clean but limited selection as far as nutrition. There was no meat on Sunday’s buffet."

"Parking felt safe, the staff at the front desk was always very nice and helpful, inly complaint was we stayed 9 days and not one time did room service come to change out sheets on the bed and had to actually ask one of the room service ladies for a couple of new towels."

"The pictures really don't do this place justice. I chose it because it seemed clean and EVERYTHING was immaculate. The rooms were comfortable, spotless, and modern. We were welcomed very warmly onto the property. We were shown around and invited to explore the 6 acres of land as we wished. This lead into an impromptu duck feeding session. Your eyes do not decieve you. We got to feed ducks and geese some lettuce as part of the check in process. The property hosts a number of well cared for...

"The view of Lake Geneva was amazing from the room's balcony, and even better at their outdoor patio facing the lake. We very much enjoyed the incredible sauna/hot tub/pool combination also."
