"New , clean. No carpet in the rooms which is a plus."

"This was a brand new property and we only stayed one night. The checkin instructions on the site were not what was needed but a quick call to the property and it was all set. It was a great rate and we stayed there due to the walking distance to the xfinity center, an easy 20 min with police helping at crossings during the show times!"

"My daughter sat in a chair outside to eat breakfast. She had shorts on and when she stood up her legs were on fire. After inspecting the chair it looked like the chair was degrading and there were fiberglass particles all over it. I told the staff and asked them to remove the chair but nothing was done. My daughter was very unhappy and in a lot of pain"

"The rooms have been renovated and are lovely. The room we had was on the first level facing the ocean which was serene and peaceful The outdoor pool in immaculate! The staff was super helpful and any restaurants are 2 miles down the road. I look forward to staying here again!"

"Just your basic roadside hotel. Nothing special or fancy. Terrible pillows and a functional mattress. Clean enough. Beats sleeping in the car. Pretty expensive for what it is."

"Units 3A,3B,2A, and 2B all have private decks facing the bay and beach. The in house resteraunt was lovely and the food superb. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We're planning to return next year."

"Location/location/location. I wished this place had more amenities and I would Love it more. Breakfast was there but I can say not the best. Coffee was harsh and the toaster didn’t work. The staff was awesome and very helpful. Parking was easy and dining options all around. The room was a little dirty but I keep wipes and was able to wipe the dusty side table(and everywhere else) :)"

"The location was great for access to Foxboro, Providence and Boston. The room was clean, staff were friendly. One of the two elevators was not operating; otherwise, everything was great."

"The room was a nice size room for 4, clean but there wasn't enough bath towels for 4 just 2 and it would have been nicer if there were bigger. They had shampoo and conditioner put it just a small packet but again not enough for 4 people. There's a great store nearby called thr Ocean State Job Lot on 285 Main Street on Buzzards Bay with excellent prices on bath sheet towels $8.99/each. They have great restaurants one called the Pilot House 20 mins away, Loafy Loft with great Vietnamese ice...

"There was hair on the pillow. There was hair on the towels. There was hair on the bathroom floor. I had the front desk clerk come and change the sheets because there was a stain of dirt on the sheets. When you pulled back the covers. I was exhausted when I arrived and just didn't have the energy to go to a different hotel. The photographs are misleading. Do not stay at this hotel. I paid $300 a night and it was a complete total rip-off. It was worse than motel 6. It should have been $69 a night!"
