"A very quiet and efficient air conditioner. The pillows were very soft and comfortable. Did not awaken once during the night. Which is unusual in a hotel. They have a great area for dogs well. The staff was very polite, pleasant and efficient. It’s a perfect stop before driving over the bridges to get to the cape."

"Well that was a pleasant surprise. I lived in Ptown for many years. We always looked down our noses at the Holiday Inn at the end of town. Here I was, 20 years later with kids and in need of a hotel with a pool, parking, and two queen beds. The pics looked great. So did the reviews, so I made a reservation. WHAT A DELIGHT. "There was hair on the pillow. There was hair on the towels. There was hair on the bathroom floor. I had the front desk clerk come and change the sheets because there was a stain of dirt on the sheets. When you pulled back the covers. I was exhausted when I arrived and just didn't have the energy to go to a different hotel. The photographs are misleading. Do not stay at this hotel. I paid $300 a night and it was a complete total rip-off. It was worse than motel 6. It should have been $69 a night!"

"I’ve always loved the residence inn, this one was my favorite location so far! The lobby when we walked in was so nice and clean, very helpful staff. Our room was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The complimentary breakfast was amazing! We got the studio room, it was very spacious and clean, my 1 year was able to roam free with 0 worries of her getting into something or getting hurt. Would absolutely stay here again in the future!!"

"The hotel was not well maintained. To start with the positives…the gym and pool area were nice. As for the negatives…none of the charging outlets worked in our room, the tub was dirty, pancake maker wasn’t working, the water filler was broken and many breakfast items were not available. The hallways were not vacuumed and there was an unpatched hole in the wall of our room. The staff was very nice but due to the hotel being “overbooked” (not entirely sure how that is possible) they could not...
