Then, that evening , we were greeted by a 3 inch roach crawling across the bed. The staff was very understanding and offered different room without hesitation. Even though this hotel is located downtown with wide variety of restaurants around, i still chose the complimentary breakfast during my 5 days stay. "Everything about hotel was great except elevator was not want functioning so we had to wait until someone come from upstairs for it to work because the buttons was not operating"

"I didn't have problems so much with my room, my problems were with the load nneighbors were addressed but continued to be load even after being addressed. So I had hoped I wouldn't have to call more then once but I did and they continued to be load well after 1AM. MY AC was just as load."

"Staff super friendly and helpful. Thanks Dee. Breakfast was supplied and happy hour drinks and lite appetizers was a nice feature. Pool felt great. Bed was comfy. Shower worked and tub big enough for someone over 6 feet to take a bath in. Kitchen had usable appliances and features including a dishwasher. Second stay in 3 months."
