"Sapaxa Spring Garden Ecolodge has been the highlight of our trip to Sapa. It truly has been an immersive experience in the beautiful and peaceful countryside. The bungalow style suites consisted of comfortable, cozy beds and bedding which includes all the necessities that any hotels can offer. "The hotel was beautiful and spacious with lovely views. The staff was quirky. The bed was hard and the hot water didn’t really work. One thing to note is the road out there is rough and unpaved. We had one grab driver not be able to make it up and we had to walk in the dark. "

"Smooth check in, while we arrived at 6.30 AM in the morning, they let us use special lounge to rest while waiting check in time. Room are spacious, good facility. Breakfast is excellent. Sarah in the reception was helping us in explaining places to see around SaPa and helping us booking car. "
