"Smooth check in, while we arrived at 6.30 AM in the morning, they let us use special lounge to rest while waiting check in time. Room are spacious, good facility. Breakfast is excellent. Sarah in the reception was helping us in explaining places to see around SaPa and helping us booking car. "

"We stayed in one of the bungalows and absolutely loved it! It was so spacious and the view was breathtaking! All of the staff were so lovely and welcoming and just couldn’t do enough for us. We liked that the resort was a few minutes out of the town (so very peaceful) but easily accessible by the resort’s free shuttle. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Sa Pa!"

"Its located up a hill where its not as busy and quieter compared to places nearer to town. Our room has a great view. Our room was spacious with a balcony. The added touch of daily bottled water and 2 soft drinks was pleasantly unexpected. I would recommend this place if you want peace and quiet without the traffic"

"We arrived in the evening 10:30 pm, the restaurant in the hotel closed. We asked if we could order some food in town, the staff answers us that there are women's day, all the restaurants probably closed too. He answered that we could have breakfast next day, there is water and tee for free at the room. A bad check in and not help full at all. We tryed to order food by Grab, and had food deliverd in 30 min. In check out we had to pay for 1bottle of water, the water that was for free was...

"The room was clean but what they marketed as Junior Suite was actually smaller than the Superior probably because it's front facing and the attic wall is slanted."

"The property is very clean. Its comparable to staying in a cabin surrounded by lush trees and plants. Breakfast is a complete meal not just the typical cereals and muffins. They have noodle soup eggs cooked to your liking. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again."

"Locating 5-10 mins walk from the very centre of the sapa town but still a variety of restaurant, souvenir shops and tourists agencies close by. Being at the edge of the sapa town there is the breathtaking view from the balcony of the room, which I believe is what most of the visitors came to enjoy. Room is clean and tidy with consistent hot water supply in the shower. A decent breakfast was included."
