"The staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was small, but clean and comfortable."

"An great place to stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast lady cook, excellent, always had a good chat with my partner. Excellent food and fresh food. "

"Although I didn’t like their breakfast much, the great staff and hotel itself made up for that. I enjoyed my stay. "

"The hotel design and architecture are unique, however it showed some aging signs or due to poor maintenance (cracked floors, old carpet, peeled paint, and a strong moldy smell in the indoor pool area). I was disappointed bc i so looked forward to use the pool. The positives are the helpful staff, uncomparable buffet breakfast, a private pasage to the Fansipan ticket station, and the WOW pass to Fansipan (valued at 500k vnd) exclusively for staying guests. "L'hôtel est bien situé, son accès est très facile depuis la gare de Lao Caí ou depuis la station de bus de Sao Viet. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les prestations annoncées semblent prometteuses. Malheureusement nous sommes venus pendant la période creuse (juillet) et tout était fermé. Nous avons tout de même passé un agréable séjour puis que nous étions les seuls clients de l'hôtel. La personne à l'accueil a été très serviable et attentionnée."

"We truly enjoyed our stay at Sapa Horizon Hotel! The location is excellent, within walking distance of Sapa Square, Sapa Market, and plenty of shopping options. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, professional, and easy to talk to. The hotel is clean and offers great amenities. We especially loved the rooftop bar overlooking the city and surrounding mountains. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy drinks, relax, and unwind while listening to great music. We highly recommend Sapa Horizon Hotel...

"Smooth check in, while we arrived at 6.30 AM in the morning, they let us use special lounge to rest while waiting check in time. Room are spacious, good facility. Breakfast is excellent. Sarah in the reception was helping us in explaining places to see around SaPa and helping us booking car. "

"Room is clean, Receptionist Tung was very helpful and other staff, breakfast was great"

"I can’t speak highly enough of this hotel. The staff were immediately welcoming and continued to go above and beyond throughout our stay. The property sits on the hillside overlooking the valley with an infinity pool and several other amazing vantage points. The food is beyond top notch while remaining local (breakfast was an absolute highlight!). Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff easily arranged two days of hiking for us as well as private transportation back to Hanoi. 11/10...
