"We stayed in the Moc Bungalow with plenty of space, wonderful views and buggy rides whenever needed. Breakfast buffet was awesome; the choices were plenty, fresh and delicious! From check-in to checkout, all the staff were helpful, friendly and informative. We needed to leave early morning and they packed a takeaway picnic with fresh juice and coffee. The female staff at reception could have been friendlier and not so arrogant - need to train front desk/reception - have had better customer service at a 3 star hotel."

"Smooth check in, while we arrived at 6.30 AM in the morning, they let us use special lounge to rest while waiting check in time. Room are spacious, good facility. Breakfast is excellent. Sarah in the reception was helping us in explaining places to see around SaPa and helping us booking car. "
