"Gentleman at the front desk was kind and helpful. The rooms are very small and slightly dated. The towels were well used. The location is not great. We arrived around 8pm on a Saturday night and all restaurants and grocery stores were closed. We walked approximately 2kms to find food and had to buy something from a very basic convenience store. The area was very dark. Breakfast was great in the morning, but the toaster took an incredibly long time and mostly just dried the bread out...

"We had requested a crib before arriving, which was not in our room at check in. The crib they did bring was broken. We also ordered room service which was terrible. The only good thing this hotel is for is the airport shuttle. Would not stay again."

"Staff are very kind and accommodating. The young waiter, Gabriel, is a fine young g man doing his job at his best. I forgot my jacket on the chair after my husband and I had breakfast ,Gabriel even went to our room and brought it! The place is beautiful, I like the breakfast buffet.Also convenient for walking and shopping at the Vasco de Gama mall. Thanks to Rita and the staff at the reception, you guys are great at customer service!"

"We loved staying here! As it’s located above a train station, getting anywhere by public transport was so easy. We were very surprised at how good the noise cancelling was in the rooms. The hotel itself was clean, the room had nice touches to it and I loved the rustic decor. Would happily stay here again when in Lisbon."
