"Very dirty probably should've left as soon as we entered. Air conditioner stopped middle of the night front desk was busy in the bar BUT did accommodate me with a different room. Over all the entire hotel has a funky smell after the fact we noted NONE of the windows open. First room shower curtain filthy and moldy second room slightly cleaner except tub was filthy and water wouldn't stop running but at least the ac worked..oh sheets thread bare and pillow cases pilling. Carry on to Ponoka...

"We reserved and paid for a junior suite. We were presented with a Dbl Queen room instead. We were given a roll away cot that took up any extra room that it had. We notified them of a leaking toilet--that was fix satisfactorily--but there was no way to contact front desk and the room had no phone.
