"Love the ambience of these historic hotels! Our room was spacious, the beds comfortable, and the soaps and lotions fragrant. I wish the spots on the carpeting were cleaned (my pet peeve), both in the room and in the hallways, but there were only a few of them. The television was small by most hotel standards. Most disappointing is that the restaurant is only open Wednesday thru Saturday...we were looking forward to eating there but it wasn't open."
Country Living Inn

"The only problem we had was that we had requested a ground floor room. But when we arrived our room was on 2nd floor. We got a ground floor room only because a nice lady switched rooms with us. We had planned on 3 nights but we're only able to stay 2 nights. We had to pay extra charges & had less time. However the housekeeper was very nice. She gave us softer pillows, because pillows the 1st night were like sleeping on a brick. Slept much better 2nd night. All in all it was a very nice hitel"

"Hotel is in a good location. Chili's is right across the parking lot if you need lunch, dinner or drinks. Every staff member was friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Only one complaint - BREAKFAST! Bread, cereal, or yogurt. We stay at a lot of hotels and they all serve some type of egg and meat, For as nice as the hotel was, I was expecting a better breakfast selection than what was offered. Other than that, we'd stay here again."

"Great location. Great price. Pet friendly. My complaint is the One ply toilet paper and the pillows. It was a good stay. No frills but I needed the pet friendly at no extra cost more than a pool and a breakfast."
