"Staff were very attentive. A couple youth were injured from the slide in the pool. As soon as staff were notified they went to investigate the issue. Breakfast was wonderful. My Daughter loves the Waffles. Room was clean and comfortable This was a Staycation for myself and Daughter as we live in the city."

I was really looking forward to a jetted tub, and not a big ol' bathtub. That is the reason for my rating. It was a lovely large suite, but nothing really special. "The girls that work at the front desk are so kind and so helpful. They go out of their way to make your state pleasant in any way possible. Had a situation arise from an Expedia booking, and the young lady took care of the problem, even though it was booked through Expedia."

"It’s a large hotel, I liked many things. I liked that the lobby is large and spaced out with seating scattered throughout. The customer service desk staff were great too, super friendly and eager to help. The room we got was 2 queen beds, was also large, it was like it had its own entrance lobby just for your coats and shoes. "Toilet did not work properly. Maintenance worker came up and fixed temporarily, but that only worked for 10 minutes. Called again and they gave me a plunger that didn't work. They gave me a 10% discount for my inconvenience for my two days of having to plunge the toilet every time it was flushed and I had to ask for the discount!"

"For 90% this was a very good place to stay, the underground parking is limited and is only good for smaller vehicles. There is surface parking in the stripmall next door. There are plenty of restaurants and a coffee shop in the mall along with a Sav-On-Foods to get groceries for the stay. The rooms are great being designed like an apartment with one or two bedrooms with full baths. They have full sized kitchens and a living room. "Unfortunately, the carpets were wet when I walked in the room. I got my socks, all wet and it stunk. I did try calling, but there was no answer at the front desk. Unfortunately, by the time they called me back I’ve already lied down and fell asleep after driving many hours. I’ve stayed at this property quite a few times. This is the first time I’ve had an issue, but I probably won’t return."
