"I booked one night for the perk of gaining early access to the golden bridge. When I arrived , staff who checked me in was very helpful. Unfortunately, I didn’t have much help with my luggage to the cable car and from the cable car to the actually hotel property. Not sure if it was because it was raining there was minimal staff but I managed. Of note, It was just quite a difference since every other hotel during my trip ( this would have been #5) has such a lovely check in process, and absolutely refused the idea of me touching my luggage let alone lugging it up to my room. It was different that’s all. To get my room key was another obstacle, the building was under construction ( I’m guessing) so there was no reception on the ground floor. There were instructions to go to the second floor but no one was there ( I actually arrived at the check in time 2pm which made the scenario unusual). There was a little wait but I eventually got to my room. Again nothing bad, just different from what I encountered thus far with my previous stays. The room was clean, a bit old but I think that is the vibe it’s going for. The only serious critique was the door lock didn’t seem super safe. There was huge gap and didn’t have the reinforcement lock that I’m use to. Other than that the stay was fine. It was cool to be so close to SunWorld. The golden bridge was amazing. During check out, staff was very helpful. Overall, it was a ok/good stay."

"Nice and spacious rooms, modern and clean. Breakfast was provided on 2 levels.. the bottom larger one offered plenty of variety, then 2nd top buffet was halal but still had pleanty of options,just a smaller sitting area. The highlight was the infinity pool, we really enjoyed being able to relax in after walkinga round all day. Overall great facilities and staff. Would come back."
