"property and staff is good, everything else is so wrong.
Breakfast: not good unless you eat local food. Dine in AVOID! Not worth I left my food without eating, it’s that bad.
Access/location: it’s very very far from main city. Unless you are in group want to enjoy just in hotel and beach, just avoid. You pay toll both ways if you plan to go to city. Also you will have tough time finding rides late evening. No good restaurant nearby so we had early dinner in city every night and except one...

"We stayed in the 3 bed beachside villa with private pool and it was worth every penny. Had a great time with wonderful facilities and great service. The only thing is the photos are not accurate-there is no stove to cook on, however room service and restaurants on site are great. Definitely come here again."

"We had a fantastic time in Banyan Tree with my family. The staff were super friendly and always available, the breakfast was amazing and the facilities were exceptionally well maintained. Since staying here, we now have much higher expectations towards hotels in the future, the bar is now set very high. We're surely coming back soon!"

"An amazing rustic experience in the mountains. Cabin simply amazing by the water pools.Swimming and relaxing the day away in any if the five river pools. "The photographs of TIA on the website does do justice to the ambiance, serenity and hospitality that envelopes the reality of the TIA experience. We had a fabulous time. The breakfast buffet was excellent, the resort was very clean in every way, quiet, serene, the light reflecting on the surface of the pools in the morning was magical.
