"Restaurant Staff & Security: The restaurant staff and security team were amazing—attentive, friendly, and professional. They truly stood out and made parts of the stay enjoyable.
The Not-So-Good Service Issues
The front desk staff were nonchalant, unhelpful, and slow. They also provided incorrect information, which caused unnecessary frustration.
The room layout was odd. The front bedroom had two twin beds, which would have made more sense in the back bedroom (which had a king bed).

"We had a great time at Son trà resort, beautiful beach and the Villa, staffs were friendly, our Villa was spacious, clean room excepted the toilet needed better job of cleaning around toilet seats.
I was disappointed the most was my Niece she only twelve years old but the son trà resort considering that my twelve years old niece an adult so we had to paid extra $900.000 for my brother to stay overnight."

"An amazing rustic experience in the mountains. Cabin simply amazing by the water pools.Swimming and relaxing the day away in any if the five river pools. The coffee hut offers great coffee and cocktails. Bo is an artist making fruit sodas and mojitos. Food is great, the BBQ experience is wonderful. "My family is so glad that we chose this resort for our first stay in DaNang and first visit to Vietnam. The villa was nice, spacious, and comfortable. The amenities were great. Nicholas one of the staff members was super helpful through out our stay.
